I worked with owner, Keith Borrall in creating a professionally designed website to set him apart from his competition, showcase his work and provide a vehicle to collect leads.

 

Keith confided in me that his clients were satisfied and referrals kept coming. However his potential clients were confused by all the services he could potentially offer. In short, he had diluted his own brand with too many messages.

 

The Plan

1. Create a professional website to:

- Effectively communicate his main services.

- Convey his professionalism.

- Showcase his portfolio of before and after photos.

- Provide a consistent friendly and helpful voice.

- Share the positive testimonials he had collected over the years.

- Collect leads.

 

2. Logo redesign and brand simplification. The new logo and tagline "Home Renovations & New Construction" focused his brand identity- providing a simple and memorable way for clients to understand the services he provided.

 

We updated all of Keith's promotional collateral to reflect the new brand identity. He is enjoying more leads and affirmed his place in the competitive market place of construction and remodeling in Northern California.
