This is a fun progression on acoustic because it has an RnB flavor. A lot of the great Al Green and even Motown stuff has it's roots on acoustic guitar. I call this "Neo-Soul" and Im really diggin' all the great new young artists out there that incorporate acoustic guitar in their compositions. Cheers JD

Two cool progressions in the key of E

In this lesson we explore 2 very cool progressions both in the key of E. The first has a bit of what I call a "Blue Jazz" flavor to it. If you record it on whatever device you have it is a great piece to jam over. The second one is a very simple E to A jam, but, if you change up the rhythm this turns into a fun reggae in the style of Bob Marley. Hope you have fun with these!
